We now have Conventional Non-Ethanol 87 Octane gasoline here in my hometown at 1 gas station. Is 4.20 a gallon compared to 3.84 for 87 Octane Ethanol Blend. Put it in my bike today and will post how- if any different it runs. They have it mainly for the Marine traffic, but works for me.

not to be a ****!%, but where are you? i'm in southern MD and we pay $3.46(USD) for 87 pump octane/10% methanol.

I work at an airport, and ran a half tank avgas (aviation gas 100 octane leaded) with 87 pump gas. Ran like a Mutha! probably wont do it again what with the left over lead deposits and all. but what a cool ride it was.

Anyone else have this gasoline in there area? We just had a 2nd station in my town add this to their variety. Mainly because of the boaters coming to the area that use it. Hopefully this will become more available out on the road.

Not around here. Regular 87 WITH ethanol was 4.29 a gallon today! Nice to know we pay some of the highest gas taxes in the country and have suck *&*^^*& roads. All our money goes to finance the sinkhole of Detroit.

Wow, 87 w/ethanol is 369.9 here in Finger Lakes. Non Ethanol was 413.9 when I got some last weekend.

If they had it here I'd run it in everything...bike, Jeep, Chevy, lawnmower etc. Ethanol is just plain bad for an engine, not mention it drives up food prices.

There's one station about 12 miles from me. It's out of the way for any of my normal driving, but I try to fill up a few cans of it anytime I head that direction.

Man you guys are getting ripped on gas prices - 87 with is $3.47 non E is $3.57....I've run non ethanol and didn't notice any real difference in mpg or performance.

In my area we have with for $3.13, without is usually about $0.20 higher- I can't tell a difference in mileage, but usually go ahead with the pure stuff anyway. I do notice back-firing on decel with 93 octane, so I stick with the regular octane...

I got a 100 miles more on my Cadillac tank and it ran better like when you just get an oil change! E is a rip off. BIG WIGS getting their Great Grand kids of the Great Grand kids FAT.:nod:

ripoff yep. And the biggest trick is that they are charging more money for gas they haven't put E in it yet
No new stations yet in norther Cal. with pure gas. I think LA has some of the highest prices in the country, $5 a gal for reg.

E85 went up here to 3.49 a gallon today. That stuff is truly crap. I have an 07 Impala that is flex fuel. With 87 w/E we get 21/28 mpg. With the 85 it goes down to 17/21. On top of that, it is less efficient to produce. The next big EPA push is to add another 5% ethanol to gas.
