I have noticed lately that my cooling fan seems to be kicking on or running when I come to a stop light. I have installed a cobra slip on exhaust and didn't know if maybe that was the culprit making it run lean. Thanks for any input!

Mine only kicks on when I get stuck in traffic for longer periods, never on the open road

I don't notice the fan until I get home.....it's usually on..........

I would only worry if you spill out the over flow, it's summer time and if the fan is coming off and on it's doing its job. I usually notice mine when coming to a stop, or coming home, less air flow, and the pipes are quiter.

Mine rarely kicked on with stock pipes, but with the new Vance and Hines I notice it's on alot more. Not really a big deal, even if it's on all the time.. from what I thought?

I have drilled pipes and mine kicks on at stoplights, traffic, and when I get home after a long ride on a hot day. Seems to be pretty normal.

I notice mine comes on a lot. When I get home from work (30-40 min ride, minimal traffic) it will be on. Ill leave the bike with the aux on and let the fan run its cycle until it shuts off
