Not a ride I'd enjoy.....I always take the back roads to and from work just to avoid so many cars on the freeway.....

And just because I can't resist saying it (due to all the recent "should have searched first posts")....this topic is probably more suited for the Bike Talk sections

Personally I'm not really concerned with if something is posted in the right location or not (or if the search feature is used first) but....
I bet if someone searched long enough there's likely a video of that guy that should be posted in the "Sports Bike Accident" thread.....
Surprised he wasn't pulling wheelie's between the cars.....

The crazy daredevil side of me thinks this is awesome and I am amazed at his riding skills. That being said the responsible rider part of me knows it’s just a matter of time before he kills himself or worse...someone else.

I have to agree. A very good rider with excellent environmental awareness on a twitchy bike can do amazing things. One minor over correction will eventually take him down though.

HAHA I was doing the same exacting thing trying to watch this. All I could think about is how everyone says that motorcycles are so dangerous. When you have people like this in the seat of course they are! Not to mention all the crazy drivers in cars out there.. but thats just part of my own ranting and raving.

Pretty nuts no doubt. Perhaps one thing to consider though is that it looks to be a fish eye lens and so it may make the clearances around the bike look a bit tighter/dramatic than they really are.

Regardless, I'm thinking it's only a matter of time before this guy, at the very least, clips a mirror and gets hurt.

**Update - If that guy rides like that on a daily basis (i.e. clutches up a wheelie every mile) his clutch may wear out and the bike will be inoperable before the crash statistics catch him.

I used to commute on L.A. Freeways for several years on a NT650 HAWK. I split lanes but rode with a heightened sense of awareness. Furthermore, I was able to maintain a healthy fear of others and due to this had very few close calls. I shaved hours off of my commute and the rush was amazing!

After watching this I thought to myself: "What a Douche".

Unfortunately this and other similar videos do not show what may have happened in the wake of such antics. Startled car drivers can careen out of control causing mayhem and injury and these Sportbike guys would never know what they set in motion because they are long gone. Bad Ju-Ju no matter how you look at it.

could be safe like my friend in FL. When the traffic was ridiculous on I-4 he would just move over to the shoulder and pass the idiots, the one time the cops actually stopped him and asked what he was doing his answer was "I figured it was alot more safe to be riding on the shoulder than in all that traffic" to which the cop said "You make a good point" and let him go on his way without even a warning.
