Cruiselite saddlebag brackets!

Does anybody know if the brackets from yamaha for the cruiselite saddlebags will work on a yamaha roadstar? Or are they specific for for each bike? I have a set I am selling and just thought i would ask, kinda doubt it but you never know! Thanks
