Just wondering if anyone can help me out.. I ordered a cobra exhaust system from an online retailer and just received the packaging.. Box is a brown box with Cobra on it as well as stickers for model numbers and everything.. When I opened the box it was stuffed with newspapers and had the exhaust wrapped in newspapers as well.. Just trying to look into if this is the normal Cobra packaging or if this was someones return even possibly used exhaust system... Havn't even gotten to taking them out to look them over.. Just found this odd as I have never seen a manufacturer use newspaper for packaging..
Update.. Unboxing everything I found that underneath the newspaper wrapped pipes it was all in thick clear plastic packaging.. Also included were the clamps which were in packaging consisting of cobra backboard and plastic on top.. I wonder if the seller decided to package everything a little more securely or what.. But everything looks unused.. Again was just surprised here with all the newspapers and whatnot.. Never seen items wrapped up like that.. IF anything manufacturers usually use the brown wrap.. Now.. To get them installed..
