The pic of the bracket is added as my avatar because i cant figure out how to downsize all my pics. I found some scrap laying around, measured between the bolts on the lower belt guard and went to welding! Very easy task. It seems very low but i tested it on my way home and it hasnt dragged the pavement yet..so far so good! I was concerned about the sturdiness of the belt guard but it seems to hold steady enough. I'll keep trying to post all my pics ASAP!

It is low but so far it hasnt hit. Actually on my way home yesterday i would try to dip it in all my left turns just to see if it would hit and it hasnt yet. So MAYBE its good where its at!

i took my dremel and removed the fin right underneathe the taillight. If you disassemble the tail light assembley, there is a metal bracket about 6 inches long. Remove it, make your cut and reassemble it without the big fin. Use the existing bracket for the license plate, drills holes in the metal bracket and mount it. Pictures will follow
