Personally, I'm a fan of fenders. Not big, ugly ones, but ones that will keep stuff from hitting me...

Yeah, that's not a chopped fender. It's a missing fender.
But to each his own.

Both fenders are missing actually. I see a lot of cleaning with of that radiator with the missing fender and getting sprayed up the back at every puddle. Yeah, each to his own.
