I'm currently running the cobra FI2000 powrpro tuner, cobra swepts and modded factory air cleaner. My question is, with this setup what I ever benefit from a custom tune? Or is it pointless beings I'm running the auto tuner and that's suppose to automatically tune 80 times a sec for optimal performance.

There is No custom tune or need for it with the autotuner that you have. Ride-on!
