I installed the DDM 55watt HID kit the other day. I ended up redoing some of the wiring harness, because I thought that it was just too much wire to coil up and hide somewhere.
This harness is made so it can accommodate two HID bulbs, which would be great if I had two bulbs

. To use the (unmodified) harnesses stock headlight connector, I would need too:
--- Extend the positive wire from the battery to the front of the bike.
--- Find a place to mount the relay, which would have left less room to for the ballast and starter.
--- Wrap up the extra wire and find a place to hide it
I removed the shorter input wires for the Ballast by, removing the relay from the connector and then pressing down on the pin lock holding the wires in.
Now I could extend the stock headlight connector from the relay to the front of bike.
So after all the wires were run under the tank I was able to mount the ballast and started inside the plastic frame cover.
The electrical tape looks ok for now, but will be replaced when I find some bigger wire loom.
OVERALL review of this kit... the light output is amazing and defiantly worth the $60 w/ shipping. The quality is a little on the poor side but like I said before for $60, you can't beat it. I hope that it lasts a while and if it doesn't I will spend the money for a top quality HID.
Sorry no pics at night but I will get some soon.
