I get some decel pop when I accelerate rapidly then quickly let off the throttle (all the way). It happens to me no what speed I'm at. I have the Cobra autotune, a slip-on exhaust and air intake. I don't mind it; every bike I have ever owned has done it and I have owned bikes with both carbs and fuel injection.

If you want to check a few things you may be able to see if its related to one of the following: you could pull your spark plugs to see if you are running rich. Excess un-burnt fuel can increase the popping. You may also want to check for any exhaust system leaks as this can increase the likelihood of it happening also.

Mine still does it some , with the rare backfire too. I have the gman, with the green on 4. I tried the settings suggested in the gman thread, and popped way to much with the green on 3. What settings are you running?

I just changed the seals on the exhaust. It pops every time deceling between 50-40. I took it to the dealer they rode it and said that it isn't normal. I'm lost as to what it is.

My gman green light is on 2/3. More fuel just makes the poping not as loud.

Did you re torque the nuts after riding?
Maybe disconnect the fuel manager, disconnect the battery, let ECM reset, then go for a ride.
Just a suggestion.

Mine did that with the PCV, I had to take it and put it on a DYNO.

Most of the street bike guys are big fans of dyno's, I asked around and most swore this guy in Dallas was the best. I went there there and he only charged me $250. Other places charge up to $500, especially Harley places. I would think those guys have a PHD to charge that much.... they also told me who was the worst.
