I didn't see any mention of these on the forums yet, and I was wondering if anyone had a set of these on their Stryker.

http://www.amazon.com/Triangle-Mach...unting/dp/B006LF6EEE/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

Any thoughts on how they'd look, and if they'd fit in ok with the Stryker styling? I thought they weren't bad, and were different... but they only show it on the FZ# in the pictures on Amazon.

Also, since they seem to be made for Yamaha bikes, can I expect them to work with the reverse threading for the mirror mounts?

Hey Boolshot

I think you have sort of "futuristic" cruiser look going with the black fairing and lowered look and I have to admit they look **** good on your bike. Nice job! But in the picture by themselves they look way huge. As for Brooke, yes it was a cheap shot and I find her attractive as well, however since I am not kid I remember her early acting days. There was no debating she had huge eyebrows for a women and my eyes always went up when I saw pictures of her. Of course I have massive eyebrows too so I guess I paid attention to those things. Guess I should have not thrown out the word ugly and Brooke in the same post as it was misconstrued. I stand corrected, and modified my post. Now back on topic.

I wasn't sure how they were going to look. I had them on my Suzuki DRZ400. When I traded it in to get my Stryker, I decided to keep them and try them on it. I am very pleased with the look. My bike is still stock height. Thinking of getting the Soupy's lowering links for my birthday next month. And yes... back in the day Brooke looked like she had two caterpillars on her face.. LOL.. She seemed to pull it off though.

No, it's actually a Screaming Eagle pipe a friend was getting rid of. Made it fit. I love it..

Ok cool. I ordered the Cobra Scalloped black pipe for mine and wanted to get some feedback from people who have it. Thanks

I love the sound of mine. Not much decel popping and looks good too. 11Stryker cut some off the back of the pipe but now he says it's louder.

@Boolshot : How'd they mount to the Stryker, since SmokenJOE pointed out the way they bolt in compared to the factory ones?

@SmokenJOE : I saw a review on Amazon for that set you posted, that claims one of the mirrors broke so easily he figured the metal was pewter. That turned me off to the set, but other than that I thought those looked good too.

They attach with a bolt going down. If you look at the picture at amazon, you can see the bolts that come with them. Mine came with several sizes, including a left hand thread one for right side. A little cap covers the Allen bolts. I can show you a picture of mine tonight if you want to see how they mount. I did have to make a spacer for the right side to clear the throttle cables.
