What's the longest wait one had to wait for a backordered item from the above? I just ordered the Cobra slipon.

I've never ordered anything on back order. I did wait for my fairing to come in stock on their website before I ordered it. I think it was only a week before they had one in stock. But, I think if you call to order they may have a better knowledge of what they have in stock.

I did, one lady told me 7-10 days and another lady said she's not sure. I asked if I should go ahead and place the order online and she said it wouldn't hurt. So I did it. :-[

****. I haven't ordered a crap load from their site. But everything except for the fairing has been in stock. I just waited for an email notification that it was in stock and ordered it.

I was at DK yesterday evening and they did not have the brackets for the fairing. I did pick up a fairing and some other stuff. I called this morning and the lady on the phone said they had just gotten the brackets in stock so I ordered them. I had signed up for an email when they were back in stock, but I still haven't gotten one. My advice is to call every few days. The people I talked to at the desk said their trucks come in on Thursdays, and sometimes a small shipment of stuff on Tuesday. Not sure it that helps. just my $.02

i was very pleased with dennis kirk when i ordered some things.. it seemed like only a couple days went by and they were here.. and free shipping.. and even makes returns easy

My wait wasn't as long as they said it would. I already have the slip on on and it sounds good! I have yet to take it out of the garage yet. Still waiting on the Bully. not bad for 239.00 shipped.

I just called and placed my order for the cobra slip on today, lady said BO untill the end of may.

Just cross your fingers. I placed my order on 4/27 while on backorder, they shipped it on 5/1 arrived on my porch on 5/3. Good luck! I just put my K&N on last night and fired it up. Now I just need to take her out and give it to her to she how she performs. ;D

That's quick, I'm super excited about it. I hope I didn't make a mistake buy not getting a full exhaust for it over a slip on. Do you plan on getting a fuel tuner also?

It's definitely worth it. I just actually took mine out today for the first time since I put them on and it was music to my ears.. Yes, I have the GMan Bully. Awesome device!

I ordered my Mustang Studded seat on 5/9/12 and the UPS guy dropped it off around 1:00 on 5/11/12. I love buying parts from Dennis Kirk, I have never had any issues from them.
