hey guys,
looking around for mod parts and came across this... anyone know if its legal in pa??

pa dmvs are so dumb..only open certain days bc workers travel to different sites and rarely answer phones... just thought this would be a great idea and not have to mess with led bolts, plus u got entertainment when u stop!
