DIY led tailight mod

Any body has a good DIY on rear removal and led tail light mod?
Step by step and what parts needed? If so please post

I am also looking to do this mod. I believe you just need this in the 9.4 inch size.

Once i find a decent horizontal license plate holder, I will be ordering this.

I also agree, but am having trouble finding that in the integrated Red and amber on the same strip. Do you see it?
