Not very stylish, but man it's super comfortable. You know for those who don't want to spend 600 dollars on a seat just yet. Of course its not done yet and is removable so I can just have it on for long rides. I already have a couple other designs and shapes for the pad in work.

Are you taking orders?
I have a good friend that I designed one of these for. He has a harley dyna series bike. I thought it would be a cool idea for the stryker. unfortunately it's not an easy bolt on, it involves serious drilling and cutting to the frame and rear finder. a lot of skilled work is required to install one. So I don't think orders would be in to high demand unless I did it personally. All the extra pads for now are for the ones I make for the harley guys.

Wow...sounds like a chore. Always willing to help out small businesses if possible.
I don't have a business, but I do like to create and fabricate new ideas for just about anything. My problem is I do most of it for free. Or a 12 pack of beer.

I will say this, I have a bad back, military injury, and my riding limit is usually about 30 miles lately. With this back rest, and maybe the mustangs as well, I could probably go all day if I needed to. Its tremendous the difference when you can lean back and relax.

Any chance you could fab something up to mount it where the passenger backrest mounts? Or even something that would mount straight to the fender. I wouldn't mind drilling a couple holes in the fender as long as it's still hidden under the stock pillion.

Having a quick release backrest that attaches to the passenger backrest mounts would be pretty interesting to see! Taking the design of the Stryker backrest and make it work for a driver backrest would probably be something people might consider buying!

Ya I thought about that, just diddn't know how it would look with a bracket around the finder. Would be easy enough to try tho.

Here's a pic with it all black. Ill have differant pads made up soon.
