Steve, ironic you posted this since I was mulling this one over about 1 month ago after reading some post/article. I took a slightly different approach and compared it against the Raider since I think they have the same size front wheel etc. Just from pictures I cannot say if you could remove that one part of the hub on the Stryker and replace w/ Raider parts but since you and Patrice will be working on hers soon take a look.
Mine is buried in the back cubby hole so I was waiting till spring or the MC show/trip to Rich's to take a closer look and decide.
If the parts are bolt on(and like I said I can't get in there for a close look) I'd like to think the job wouldn't be too difficult.
Again assuming the above is true you just have decide if the part costs are worth the increased stopping power. You'd need an additional rotor, new line(s), New master?? and I believe some sort of balancing thing but then again looking at your bike you've probably figured all this out already
Another approach might be to look at more grippy brakes. You might get more brake dust, quicker rotor wear and the like but this is by far the simpler of the two jobs!!
