Hey guys quick question...I'm going to buy the midnight, short sissy bar back rest and would like to use the easy brackets also. Can you put them both on? Or do you have to use a different type of bracket if you have a sissy bar? Thanks!

You just have to order the correct mounting for the easy brackets. They make the mounting bolts and collars for No Backrest, Fixed Backrest and Quick Release backrest. Make sure you order the correct one.

After you order the one you want lets say you order the fixed backrest one. You can later order the bolts and and collars for no backrest for $40. This way you can run it either way with the bags by removing the backrest and using the no backrest collars and bolts. Thats what i did and happy i did as sometimes I do not want the backrest but almost always want the bags to carry crapolla or Stuff, Always have to have room for stuff. Unless that is you have the quick release in which case you could probably remove the backrest and never touch the bags, so no need for a second mounting bolts and collars.

I have these brackets with the quick release backrest. Great set-up and I like the ability to quickly remove both backrest and bags.
