I had been looking for Easy Brackets or Ghost Brackets to mount some sadddlebags on my Stryker. No one makes a bracket specifically for the Stryker. I was talking to a guy on Facebook who said you could adapt the Ghost Brackets for the Raider to fit the Stryker. So, I ordered the Edge (Ghost) Brackets for the Raider. Everything worked fine except for the long bolts. They were the same length as the ones I already had on my bike with the backrest. They were 70mm long and with the mounting post, they ended up being about 1/2 inch too short. I found a place in Georgia that made the right length bolts for me for $2.50 each. They need to be 90mm long. If I didn't have the brackrest, the included bolts would have worked fine. Here is the process to hard mount saddlebags on the Stryker
Here is the mounting kit (Notice the long bolts with the mounting posts, they are 1/2 too short)
Here are the correct length bolts mounted to the Stryker with their docking posts.
Here are the Edge (Ghost) Brackets test mounted.
I traced my bags on a piece of cardboard and cut it out to make me a template to work with.
Align the cardboard template on the bracket and get it to where it is level and looks right. Then trace the outline of the bracket on the back of the cardboard to mark it's place.
Check your alignment.
Here is my template with the bracket outline traced on it. Place the bracket on the template aligning it to the markings. Then mark the holes. Place the template on the back of the saddlebags and drill the holes.
Here is the saddlebag with the bracket mounted.
Just flip the template over align to the other saddlebag and drill the holes and mount the bracket.
Here are the bags attached.
