Just recieved mine and wanted to ask.a couple questions. First, after installing it did anybody have to readjust for typical stage 1? I know it comes preprogrammed for that but was just curious. Two, how involved is it when putting it on the stryker? Is it a do it yoursrelf or should I have a mechanic do it? Third...does the tank ir anything else need to come off?

1)The preset stage one was just fine on mine.
2) I did remove my gas tank to install the injectors plugs(I have large hands)
3)don't forget to disconnect your o2
4) the EJK is just a plug and ride system

Just did the EJK Install last night with default settings with one pending install step of disconnecting the O2 Sensor. My purpose of using the EJK is to reduce the chugging on the bike.

My current setup is totally stock with just that I have total of 8 1/2 inch holes drilled into Pipes. I have bought the Cobra Air Intake and yet to be delivered. Now I am not very tech savvy on the motorcycle stuff.
Took a test ride and the bike is actually chugging a bit more and of all shutting down on me more now. I have totally lost the torque going up the hill.

Should I disconnect the tuner and only add after I install the Air Intake or do I need to change the settings on the Tuner or is it because of the pending disconnect on the O2 Sensor?

Check your connections. They might be reversed

I think you need to disconnect the O2. It is getting mixed signals. Tuner is telling it one thing, then the O2 reading might be trying to "correct" what the tuner did. Just unplug the O2 wire, and test ride. The plug is right behind the cover, easy to get to. Let us know.

So I removed the O2 Sensor, checked the connections again, changed the settings to 3-2-2 but no change .. I am going to go back to stock .. and redo the setup after I install the Air Kit.

Want to get rid of the chugging? Sell the tuner and change to the 30 tooth pulley. I don't have a tuner and just got back from having it swapped. Freaking amazing change on the characteristics of the this bike. It's like a whole new bike. Faster off the line, smooth at neighborhood speeds. It's now a sport cruiser.

I called EJK yesterday and spoke will Dillon, he recommended using 1-3-0.5 .. reinstalled and disconnected 02.

The bike does have much more kick to it now and yes the gears feel taller because of the increased power ..

I am going to keep the Tuner :) and also get the 30T Pulley to get rid of Chugging which has reduced a bit with the tuner adding power but not gone.
