I'm in the process off adding blue electropods to add effect. On other bikes I have used their products with no issues, however yesterday I added the brake flasher pods and find that they only flash with the key on and motor not running. With the motor running they flash so fast that it looks like a solid light also when the motor is revved the lights go full solid. I've searched the internet and have found that this is a common problem on newer bikes, but no one has been able to remedy this and all accounts say that the manufacturer isn't much help. I'm no electrician but i'm positive they are hooked correctly as this is my second bike with them and the last worked fine. Its more of an annoyance than a problem but their has got to be a reason. AND a solution.

You may want to try putting a resistor inline or better yet a 12 voltage regulator. Sounds like when they are at battery voltage they are working fine but when you start the bike and the charging system kicks in and there operating at 13.5 to 14.1 volts they start having issues.

yosemite, You were right. I contacted street fx products and they are sending me a 'noise filter' free of charge. For Kraazy , what they do is flash red when you hit the brakes. They are a very small pod about the size of a quarter and you wire into you brake wire and ground. Very simple, very bright and effective. they also mount with included double side tape to anything or anywhere. search electropods to see the full line of stuff.
