After all the excitement of getting the PC-V installed I periodically see an error: 39 code. A little Google search said it's a on open injector circuit. I've gone over the connections to make sure they were all solid and correct, per the instructions from a tech at Dynojet. The error light seems to go away on throttle roll on then reappears during throttle roll off. The exhaust is also backfiring a bit through each of the gears on decel.

List of upgrades:
Baron BAK
Vance & Hines Big Radius 2 in 2

I would REALLY appreciate some input ;D

Does it have a good ground? That might be your open circuit. I would contact dynojet again to talk to a different Rep for a second opinion. I get the same pop on decel. Mine needs to be dynoed. I'll be doing that next riding season.

So I went through every connection, swapped the maps to 0's and still got the error 39. Disconnected it all and replaced the stock wiring...worked like factory and no error 39. Power commander V has been shipped off to dynojet for troubleshoot.

Got the new module back from dynojet and installed it. Turns out the old one had a short in it. Bike ran GREAT for about 10 miles then all of a sudden...engine light (code 39)!!!!! Nooooooo....whyyyyyyyy?!? It'll flicker on periodically. Depending on when it feels like it. Guess i'll be back on the phone with them tomorrow. On the positive side, I'm getting quite good at installing the system :)

I added the PCV, a cobra intake, and V&H shorts. I've it it all on there for about 4 or 5 weeks now. I was getting that chugging thats mentioned REALLY bad. I had it dyno'ed and the guy up'ed it to like 60% up to 3k rpm. It has always had this strange loss of power though if you slowly try to roll on the throttle at like 40mph in second and like 50 third. Not a clue what it is, dyno guy had no idea either.
I randomly got this code showing up on me tonight. I got codes 33, 34, and 39. Not sure if all of this isn't related.

Did you have like a pumping and spraying sound when you try to cruise at 40mph in second? Gives a significant loss of power and acceleration.

Your injector connectors are not snap tight. You have to hear the snap. I would pull all of them and snap them back together.
thanks for that, I didn't snap a connection on my cobra today and that was the problem (the connector wasn't even oriented right really so it kinda 'thudded' in rather than snapping). started right up after that...purred actually!
