Anyone know what the exhaust bolts are suppose to be torqued to? Or are they just hand tight?

they're just hand tight because due to their tight and awkward location there's no way to torque them. As long as you use new gaskets they will be fine just hand tight.

20 Nm or 14 ft-lb

14 ft. lbs , but the very front nut under front pipe you will have to use a hand wrench and use the wrist snap method!

Or you can take off the lower radiator bolt, swing the radiator out a little and use an extension on your socket to get at it.

AND after a 100miles or so, retorque again.

Would like to emphasize this... RE-Torque after 100 miles or so.. especially that front one.....
