How is the baffle attached? I was thinking of using a small hole saw and cutting the baffle loose from the inside. Then using a 1 1/2" hole saw with a jig I have already made and cutting around the baffle removing the whole baffle as one piece. This would give me an opening without completely removing all the backpressure. And if it all goes well would look clean. So really wondering if its welded to the back or off a bracket.

Also I removed by horn and the bolt holding the bracket to the horn. I then remounted the horn on the underside of the bike. There is a hole that sits in front of the oil filter off to the right of the bike. I fished the bolt into the space and screwed on the horn and of course reattached the wires. Looks great and is no longer exposed out front!!!

If you have the low and mean radiator cover it will fit inside the lower portion of it. Just bolt it to one of the lower radiator mounts. Mine fits there perfect plus it still faces forward so you can still hear it like it was in the stock position.
