I am in a bit of a quandary and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I have decided on getting a Tsukayu Full Stereo Faring for my 2011 Stryker. My quandary is wondering if I should get the Tsukayu hard saddle bags or Hardstreet Slim Bags. Does anyone have any suggestions on which way I should go and has anyone had any Tsukayu or Hardstreet Saddlebags on their bikes? I do want to put the best made product on my bike. I am a firm beliver in "you get what you pay for". Thanks guys and gals. 8)

That is for sure! I just bought a set of hardbags off ebay. $144 for the pair, and they're already having problems. As far as the two options that you are considering, I personally think the Hardstreet bags look better, but I can't vouch for the quality of either of them.

I have the Tsykayu QR Strong bags and love them. They are bigger than the hardstreet ones, have great lines that match the Stryker, have a good weather seal, and if you have a black Stryker the Tsykayu black is a perfect match. Hope this helps. Let us know how that fairing works out. I thought about that before the Memphis one by it was a little too pricey.

Here's my setup. still looking do a better way to mount the bags. The ghost brackets stuck out a little too far.

Here's an older pic of mine with Hardstreet sixer hard bags. I love the bags - very durable, have not leaked any water. Be careful on the size of the bags you choose, especially the height because with stock pipes, these barely fit under the passengers legs. Anything taller and they would have interfered with the passenger. If you have aftermarket pipes like Raven you can get away with a taller style of bag.

Ok fellow Stryker riders just an update on my quest for a faring and some hard bags: I am expecting delivery from Tsukayu this Saturday. I ordered my saddle bags from Hardstreet, I got their slimbags and I expect them sometime within the next two weeks. I plan on having them painted to match my bike with some custom graphics. When my project is complete I will post pictures to show her off... Thanks for the help gang!!! 8)

Raven,
Did you have to relocate your turn signals? I like the style of the bags, but I'm leaning towards these: http://www.tsukayu.com/LeatherSeries.htm

Did you settle on a bracket?

I have the OEM Star versions of bags... way to small and useless when getting caught in the rain. Everything in both bags were soaked.

I just ordered the hardstreet slimbags. The model for the raider (for sport cruisers). The height is cut down from 12in to 10in to accomidate for the high pipes. They should be in next week sometime. I really hate to kill the look of the bike with saddle bags but it is a necessary evil.

I have a small batwing faring made by Tsukayu for my blue Stryker. Also I have a pair of hard street slim bags that are already a factory match. My question is this: faring need to be painted to match the Stryker blue, with the graphics to match the tank also painted on the faring and hard bags. Does anyone have an estimate on what you think this would cost me to have a shop do this? 8)
