its the one that sells on eBay all the time......
I got mine around xmas time for $130 they usually go for $200-$230.
I had to make the brackets for it. A pipe, hose clamps, 1 1/2" angle iron.

I installed a Sony marine radio and Pyle marine speakers. The antenna is for a car. I bought that at advance auto for $12. its mounted inside the fairing so its hidden!
Everything cost me a little less then $400. That includes painting it to.

It came out pretty good, its loud!

for the ign swt:

I took a 3 1/2 " cut off wheel and cut the heads off the tamper proof bolts. I ended up cutting just a little off the area of the switch that the bolts pass through in order to get under the heads.

I then just took some flat stock and made a very simple mount and welded that to the bracket I made for the head light. its just a 1" wide flat steel with a hole in one in for the new bolt and then welded to the plate.

No wiring was modified. just took all the slack out of the headlight. There was enough wire to move it. I didn't want to cut up the factory wires since its under warranty yet. Plus there was enough room to mount it where I did with no issues of the key hitting anything. I was thinking of mounting it under the seat area. Maybe some other time... LOL

The headlight bracket uses the original mounting bolts and holes. Its a single, flat piece of steel. I contoured it with an hour glass shape to give it a nice, clean look. Its just over 2 inches long. the mount holes are 2" apart. So the head light is moved forward and up. The angle of the lower tree gave me the perfect position of the headlight. So no bending of the plate of steel was necessary. Just 2 pair of holes to mount the plate and so the headlight bracket could mount to it on the other end.
