Finally installed the new cobra swepts. All was way more than I expected until the test dtive.

Massive anti-freeze stench, when I looked down my pants were soaked.

I must have just caught the rad with the stock exhaust when I removed it.

Anyone replaced a rad yet? Such a pain in the a#@ for a pinhole.

I know it's too late to be able to help you but I use an old Amazon shipping envelope with the thin bubble wrap against the radiator and then a thin piece of paneling and I'm STILL real careful when I pull the exhaust.

Miko says remove the two bottom bolts from the raditiator but he's still putting down his kickstand with his hand... He hasn't figured out there are easier ways! :nod:

Got lucky, found a rad shop that will tig weld it for $50. Sure beats the $450 for a new one that is on back order for about a month
