Got on this morning, started to push backwards out of the garage, noticed it was very hard to push, checked it out, rear tire is flat.

No idea what happened. I never noticed running over anything. I haven't ridden it in about a week since I was out of town so I don't even know if it lost air gradually or what.

What a bummer! I'm not even sure how I'm going to get it to the shop to get it fixed.

I guess I could use this as an excuse to get a larger rear tire? People have confirmed that a 240 fits the stock rim right?

A local shop quoted me a Metzeler 880 240/40-18 for $205. Any thoughts?

Price is definately right! My avon 240 just slightly rubbed lower belt guard. Just groung the 2 1/8" ribs on belt guard flush and all was fine.
