To bad they couldn't make the classified threads expire after a certain length of time. Easy enough to do. As for the search function this is a topic that comes up in every forum I've ever been in. My feeling there is for us "old timers" to remember how it was when we first joined and had a ton of questions. There was always some kind soul willing to take the time to answer our questions even if it had been asked a zillion times before. Often makes for some interesting reading and as bozzly stated the search function in most of the forums sucks anyway.I think he is referring to Classified ads from a couple of years ago.
I wish folks would come back and mark items sold in the classified, it's not that hard to post a reply that you have sold an item for all to know it is gone.
And while we are at it, could you people please use the darn search function, I know the search here in the new format sucks big time but show some effort.
OK, i am calming down now... :thumb:

Nice. Another Subbie owner here, bought one of the new Crosstreks last Oct and love it (of course would love a WRX but needed the fuel mileage). I've visited a few of the forums you mentioned. Lots of great information.I've been building Subarus for 7 years so all those plus local forums.
