Ya, I am not for sure at all on either of these. I went from riding an R6 to this, so this is my first experience with a cruiser. From the pictures I saw, it looked like when the kury pegs were extended out or opened up that they would allow my feet to move forward and out a couple inches. But there again, I am going from a sport bike to a cruiser so this is all new to me!Twisted said:

Any recommendation on what length forward controls I should order? I'm 6 foot 1 inch and I am having a hard time determining if I should order 3", 4" or 6"? I can get a set of 3" Scoot Mods for $100 which is really a great deal but would be bummed if it wasn't long enough. Thanks in advance for any advice you guys might have.

I sat on another forum members bike with th extensions and was sold at that moment . Ordered mine as soon as I got home. The scoot mod footpeg relocators will put them forward three inches, and on the long hauls you can kick your heels over the pegs to really stretch out. the kury's aren't going to give you enough to be comfy. Go with the scootmod first If you want more after that then put the kury's on afterwards.
Well, looks like it's settled! Guess I just needed to be told what to do..lol. I need these pronto. Today I was riding, and played "pretend I have 3 inch forward controls" Yep I want them now, overnighted!!!
