[EastCoast.30Cal]

Hey guys! Hope this is appropriate but I am looking for a nicer looking end plug for the frame pipe under the boomerang.... right now its just a plastic cap but i am looking for a "bullet" or "spike" for it, to end the frame smoothly... I've seen them on other bikes, maybe even on this forum and love the look!!! but I looked high and low and can't seem to find them..... :noidea:

Made mine. Got some spike covers from ebay. If memory serves they were 15/16". Took some 1" delrin rod, turned it down to fit in the spikes then epoxied it into the spikes and the frame ends. They have held up great.

That's a PERFECT idea!!! Thanks a bunch!!! have you ever tried to paint delrin? I could probably machine the entire part but I would like it black to match the frame

I haven't tried painting delrin but I imagine either Krylon Fusion or a good adhesion promoter would work.
