So I have had my 2012 Stryker for a year, and I ahve decided I going to war with all things chrome. I like the matte black look. So I am looking to turn the front fork chrome "inner tube PN: 27D-23110-00-00" as it is referred to in the yamaha parts catalog. I know that painting is probably a stupid idea, and I dont like the rubber covering things from Low and Mean, so I was wondering if there was a veteran modder out there who may know something I can do, or can direct me to where I can purchase a tube to put there.

Thanks for the pics Aelway. The Marine Vinyl, where did you get it and how is it holding up? Also for your brake rest, did you have to get an adapter for your kurakyans? and the brake pedal did you have to get a whole new assembly or did you just drill a hole and installed the peg? Thanks.

I got the marine vinyl at joAnns fabrics. It is holding up great so far. The kuryakyn foot pegs ou do need to get an adaptor for. For the brake peg I had the original lever drilled and tapped for the new peg. Then I used some left over marine vinyl to wrap the rest of it to finish off the black look.
