That is correct. It is in the mail. I bought it to make a mold for my custom carbon fiber fender. I doing my whole bike in carbon fiber. I have no use for the fender after I make the mold.

The fender has been described in great condition, but if I get it and it is not as described, an obvious refund would be issued if wanted.

If you're looking for a L&M fender in black with the LED then here you go.
You have nothing to lose.
The scratches do look like remnants of a fender bib and should polish out with some good wax.:thumb:
