ok so my bike has a little over 300 miles on it. the first time the display changed to having one O I filled up and only put 2 gallons in. next time I did 125 miles, my fuel light went on and I put slightly over 3 gallons. since it has slightly over 5 gallon tank is the gauge just that off?

according to the manual including the reserve the tank is around 5.2 gallons... cause it says each one of the O's is 1.32 gallons...
Not doubting you or the manual(don't have time to look up) but even when I run into the low fuel light and mileage count-up to 15 or so I still put in less than 4 gallons.
Others have run out of gas on the counter right around 20 miles so getting 5 gallons in there seems unlikely.
No fun to run out of gas and there is the fuel pump running dry situation.
I think you will find most people fill up when the "Eo___" shows up in the display. Yes our Stryker's cruising distance isn't massive but it is a "cruiser" and not a "touring"...

My manual pages don't line up to that and it appears its only on my model. The book says the tank is about 4 gallons and the reserve is 1.32... Is there any way to find out which model has what size tank?
The total is 3.96 gals....with a reserve of 1.32 the tank will run on 2.64 gals and then go on the 1.32 reserve. There is no container on this bike external of the fuel tank that could hold a gallon and a third of liquid outside of the radiator. Just my thoughts.

The manual also says to shift first to second to third to fourth to fifth at ungodly chugging speeds. Here is my grain of salt.

So I guess I should have looked at this feature before buying the bike, haha. It has a fuel gauge? I know the raider has an analogue fuel gauge and from reading this it sounds like the Stryker displays fuel levels on the digital odometer... what does it look like? I know y'all are saying "Os" but I'm having trouble envisioning it. Is it really just "OOOO" for full? or is it bar style?

 Have you not played with electronic "Select" button? See page 4-5 of the manual.
My stryker is an hour away at the dealer awaiting it's tags because MA sucks and needs prrof of insurance forms signed and stamped by my insurance company before they will plate it. So I have no manual, no buttons to press, just my ZX6R sitting in the garage awaiting her final days in my company while I am tortured by the wait to pick up my Stryker.

Shouldn't judge peeps off the bat ;P lol
