Hey Jacket, I mounted my Harley pegs using the same hardware that came with ours. You might need a washer or two to fill the space, but theyll probably go on easy enough. The problem I had was that they hung lower and kind of pointed toward the ground and didn't set parallel. Putting a small metal wedge under the peg stem took care of that just fine. The wedge can't slide out and the pegs still swing up and down with the spring action like the factory ones.

I don't have pics on me, but would be happy to post some when the lighting is better tomorrow if you need them.

Ya Fujums, seeing how you did it would be great! It looks like there is enough meat there to drill and tap, if there is I might go that route and make it adjustable? Also have to figure out the rear also.

The wife came home and said, "Ooooh, those are cool" I was expecting "HOW MUCH DID THOSE COST". I told her "I even got you a pair" ;)

Mounted up the throttle side, turns out we can run HD grips also, just need to open up the grip side of the control housing by .080, nice! I noticed that the grips have a reduced portion inside that if you make a bushing that threads into the damper hole will float the grip so it dosn't rub on the bar. Did anyones grips come with these?

On another note, a local shop scored some of these unfinished. $40ea!

The first two are from the top and hopefully you get some idea as to how I re-used the hardware. The last one is with the peg lifted up and you can see the rolled wedge of aluminum I have in there. With the peg lowered it is locked in and doesn't go anywhere. I'm interested to see what you come up with.

SJ, I've got the black round hole battistini grips and pegs. Love them....I get tons of compliments on them. Always having people reach their hand out to feel of them. They aren't cushy, but I've got to why I really like the feel of them.

The pegs should go on just like the stockers. Mine were yamaha specific, but yours look pretty much the same. You got a good deal for sure. I paid about $ 130 for each set of pegs and grips on ebay.

Imortal, I hope it dosn't cost me $270 to get them powder coated! Sorry I couldn't resist. Like I said there are more, maybe I'll buyt them and sell them?
Lol...I hear ya bro. I bought the grips first, and paid too much but I really liked them. Then, I started thinking I needed the matching pegs. Know what I mean :p
