So my wife accidentally took both sets of car keys with her to work tonight. Which means It's going to be a COLD ASS ride to work on the bike in the morning. TWC says it's going to be about 25 deg F. Oh well at least I have an excuse to ride :)

It was only about 10 miles. only part of me that really got cold was my neck. Need to invest in a backlava, lol.

i have a $4 balaclava from a local dealership...makes all the difference on cold rides! for me the only issue is my fingers...they get cold on long rides below 35 degrees.

Had to do the same thing today, trucks in the shop. Luckily it was 29 when i left for work, but double the time 20 minute commute. Ive got a gore windstop bandana that i use, covers from mouth down to neck. Works perfect and more comfortable then my balaclave. Still havent found a pair of gloves that i really like for cold weather yet though.

I feel your pain. I rode my bike to work this morning because the weather showed it being warm this afternoon. For future reference if I have to scrape frost off my instrument panel and seat I will be taking my pickup instead lol.
