Couple of Saturdays ago my lock fell apart on one of my Hadstreet Sixer bags. Tried contacting them by e-mail about purchasing replacement locks.
Got no answer by e-mail so I gave them a call a few days later. Told the gentleman who answered the phone about my lock. Before I could inquire about purchasing a new one, He took down my name and address and said he would send me out replacement locks right away. Didn't ask how long I had my bags (over a year now) or anything. Just asked what kind of bike were they on. A week later two matched locks show up at my door no charge. Considering that it had to come up to Canada that was pretty fast.
I think they deserve kudos for the prompt replacement.
