Fed Ex just dropped my seat off. The fit is pretty good. I imagine it will settlt in around the fender a little as I ride it.

Also changed all the bolts over to black

Jon, If you have anything on top of your battery, this needs to be removed or relocated to the side or forward under the latch. It looks to us that the seat should fit lower. Either way it looks great on your ride.

Is there supposed to be that much gap between the tank and the seat?

I had it on wrong. I had the tool kit under the seat . I removed it and now it fits really good . I will get good pics tomorrow. It is comfortable and looks great.

Nice! looking better. Jon ride with the seat and please give us some feedback. We will be glad to improve the fit and finish with the members suggestions.

As stated, you will have to completely remove toolkit and Tray on top of battery. Just had enough room to tuck my Cobra CVT sideways below latch area. Fits perfectly and looks great!!

I agree on the fender struts, but without them I would need another 5/8" spacer on my Frankenstein bolts because I ride mostly 2 up w/luggage rack and bags.

I love that Low and Mean seat. It looks SIC. 8) I'm going to get one, the only thing I'm worried about is, I'm going to one day have to get some back support. Don't know how much longer I'll be able to ride with this back of mine. Maybe Low and Mean can come up with some sort of back support, add on/ take off. So I can look cool when I pull into a place. ( You know, pull over a mile before you turn in to a place and remove the backrest. ;D )

I also have a really bad back .

I got knocked off a roof and fell 34 feet. This seat is pretty comfy, the shape seems to be just right

I'm thinking about this seat.....

How hard is it to switch back to the stock seat? How much time?

My wife and kids like to jump on the back for a ride now and then....Hoping it's not a pain in the butt, or take a lot of time....

Any info?
