I have stock grips on my Stryker and when I ride more than 15 miles my hands start to cramp. :p. My hands are large (XX-XXX sized gloves.) Any suggestions? (smaller or larger grips?)

I personally thought that the grips were just to make it look better! That is until I bought ISO grips... although I love the look and think they look bad a$$ but the difference in the way my hands feel after riding is unbelievable. I also have very large hands and these grips make the world of difference. I would recommend them to anyone!

Grips are always the first thing I change as I find all bike (Japanese anyways) have skinny grips. Sportbikes I always went with "gel" grips and cruisers I go with the ISO grips. They're definitely fatter. As mentioned earlier, loosen your grip on the bars. No need to hang on that tight. Another thing to try is stretching out your fingers every now and then and resting them on the brake/clutch lever.
