I changed my grips to the avons about 2 months ago. I was sure I would screw it up, but to my surprise it was a very easy job.

Ok quick question ladies and gents,
Besides a shop what is the easiest way to get the ends off the handlebars in order to change out the grips a buddy and I tried tonight and didnt get to far. They are not wanting to twist off to save my life.
Any help would be great,
