I know are strykers don't break down, but when my buddy's Harley did break down and my bike had no lights flashing i was a little worried someone hit my bike, waiting for the tow truck to pick his bike up. I think they should incorporate them

Yamaha realized they don't need them since the bike doesnt break down ;)
I think some of the touring bikes do have them but cannot exactly remember from the demo rides.
Yamaha is all over the place between abs, linked brakes, self-cancelling turn signals and the like. Depends on what type of bike you get from them...

Never got around to it myself but believe if you find the appropriate wires in either the front or rear portion of the bike and tie the 2 switched positives going to X lights to a single pole switch you could jury rig the hazards. Switch on: either turn signal flashes all 4. Switch off: Function normally.
Was going to do last spring but other mods went a little south and needed to get the bike in running condition. Maybe this spring...

With the Blaster X tail light I put on my bike (Integrated stop/run/turn) there is a pretty showy "display" setting if you bother to hook it up, with an extra switch and that would work well for a hazard light... Bright as he11 too!

Click on the video for a sample. And no, the video sample is not the Stryker lamp!

I have the switch under the fender.
