So does that mean that we would be breaking the law by not purchasing more than 4 gallons?? Or does that pertain to people only buying E15 to ensure they buy more than 4 to help "clear" the hose out? Regardless, this is bad news.

Sounds like an avenue for an entrepeneur to build a fuel vacating system that removes fuel from the hose when the sale is completed.
