Just bought the bike from San Diego, should be here around the 2nd of August. Can't wait to start riding, always had sport bikes, this is my first cruiser. I need to buy a cruiser helmet, thinking about the Bell Drifter.
Plan on doing some break in riding before I do any mods.

Welcome... did the same thing with the sport bike switch.. I'll always love'em but can't ride them anymore the way they're supposed to be ridden unless you do track days every week! WOW Honolulu? Must be awesome to reside there! I'm in crappy New York!lol

Thanks to all for the warm welcome. My bike get's on the boat in San Diego tomorrow. I'll be tracking that boat all the way into Honolulu. Bought the bike from Mike at South Bay Motorsports, he made this whole process rather easy. Now I need to come up with something good for my personalized license plate, they give you six spots.

I got my bike on Friday with no issues, it looked great. Got it tagged/titled in one day. So far I'm loving the bike, the forward controls feel different to me mainly because I've been on sport bikes for so long. First thing I did was remove all the stickers and adjust the shift lever to accommodate a bigger boot. Side mount plate will be next as soon as I know what's legal here in Hawaii. I plan on riding all weekend and then first thing next week I will be putting Amsoil in her.

I got the raven black...The first day I drilled the baffles, it sounds a lot better, thinking about drilling a few more smaller holes. I also added the O2 mod and it makes a world of difference at low throttle in the first two gears. Relocated the horn and removed the smog box, runs really good now. My next mod will be the side mount plate and then I can remove some of the rear plastic fender.
