I have been searching for the spikes for the top and bottom of the forks and the bottom of the frame and can't seem to make a confirmed decision. Hate wasting $ if not needed.
Also need sizes for all spikes also.

15/16 for the top and 33mm for the bottom forks, i just looked up trucker supply sites to find them (they're just lug nut covers) Generally run $1 for each, shipping is what sucks but if you have a trucker supply place nearby you'll save a ton!

Thanks fr all the help and info. Found this site and seems to have everything needed. $12.00 worth of goodies and almost $12.00 shipping. I e-mailed them and asked if they can do any better for such a small quantity. We'll see.

Took a ride to truck stop and no go there for any of our needs.
Call the number above at Iowa80.com and said that they could do all the stuff I want for a lower rate of about $5.20. Should fit in one of those pre sized boxes for certain dollar amounts. Spikes are on the way.
They can't do it on the Internet but has to be done by phone. Pays to ask.
