Help - Miles to kms odo switch | Yamaha Star Stryker

Hi, does anybody know how to switch odometr and two trip meters from miles to kms? Thanks. Jirka, using Stryker in Europe.

Look in Owners Man. 4.4....................don't look like it can be done though.
