You can't change that. If you want to upload a pic in your signature. You have to have a URL (ie photo bucket, picassa etc) Go to your online pic (ie..in photobucket click on the url link...depending on where you click for the link it will either auto copy, or you may have to r-click and click on "copy link" Then click in the signature box in your user CP, and then click "insert image" from the menu. There may be resizing issues to make it the way you want, but we won't get into that right now.

in order for me to upload signature pix i have to make changes in my signature permissions and i am not sure how to do it?
