If they had offered me a naked bike off the showroom floor....I'd have jumped on it. I'll try to sell the leftovers back to them. But, I've got a feeling they dont take partial returns lol

Seems pretty straight forward. You'll most likely run into difficulties under the seat with the frame and battery, etc. Its pretty cramped in there.

You'd have to get a tank quite a bit narrower to make the handlebars work that low.

Yeah, that's a sportster tank I glued in the pic. I like the peanut shaped tanks anyway and now you can actually fin 3.5 Gal tanks that same shape instead of the 2.5's. I think this bike has the perfect lean for an agressive style bobber & actually having a good amount of power over the traditional small bobbers. I cant wait!! Plus seat, bars & tank..I'm done which is pretty cheap compared to most options.

To me it looks out of proportion. Mock it up with the stock tank, an 18-19" front wheel, and extend the forks to make up for the smaller front.

I wanted to show it as realistic as I actually plan to do it. As of right now I can get this all done for around $500 and most of that will probably go into a custom seat. I may go with taller handle bars, cant decide for sure.

Not a fan of the sportster tank, I think it would look better with the stock tank. Just my 2 cents

I'm gonna have to get the tank swapped out first and see what is more comfortable. Clip ons would look extra tough but I wonder if the control would be enough with the weight and rake on this bike. Thats a good question. I'm sure it will be a bump in the road when it comes time for that decision.
