How long have you been Waiting for your Cobra Speedster Swept Exhaust

I ordered the Speedster Swept - Black and the Fi2000 PowrPro Tuner on Jun 3rd. Every Tues when they say they are going to release more pipes they just move the date 7 days. I think the new release date as of today is June 28th. Never got a date for the Tuner. :mad: :( :mad: :( this sucks

Impatient Not More than ME. Took me a month to get that $1400 free and clear from the wife. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT. I ordered the Tornado Air Kit Black also.

I ordered mine from Phat Performance on June 3rd and got them on June 9th. Before I ordered them, my mechanic checked with Tucker Rocky and they had Aug 18th as a release date from Cobra. I snatched them up from Phat that afternoon.

Ordered my black swept on May 7th, still dont have them. Same deal, backs up 7 days every week that I check in. Pro tuner was ordered like.... June 3rd ish, and Im being told something along the lines of mid to late July. I feel the exact same way you do, this royally sucks. After riding a bike with cobras for two years, my new toy feel incomplete without them. Worst part is, there isnt that many other options for black pipes outside cobra. So I guess well just have to hurry up and wait. :'(

Check with Phat Performance. They may still have some in stock. They have a 5% discount on orders over 299 and free shipping. I got mine for 592 total. Maybe you can cancel your previous order. Might be worth looking into.

through the dealer? or the bank... the bank would be easy but the dealer could be a huge dick about it...

I ordered my pipes and cobra power commander from Phat as well. Got my pipes but Cobra keeps pushing the release date each month to the next month. I just emailed Phat yesterday and they said Cobra has released the commander for other models just not the Stryker. They said HOPEFULLY will release at the end of this month and I will get it within a week of that. We will see. It is agrevating that Cobra keeps pushing the release out, but I like to think that they are just making sure their product works as advertised before they send them out preventing a whole lot of headaches for us.

I saw those listed too, but can find a pic anywhere. If they look like the short shots they would be bad ass but if they look like the other staggered, I wouldnt want them. I dont like the pipes that get bigger in the back. I want pipes that are the same diameter all the way to the end. Wish they would put up some pics of them on the V&H site.

Done through the dealer, so Itll probably end up being a major pain in the butt. Interesting enough, I heard something from my dealer last time I asked about this. He told me that Cobra has contracts throught many different companies (Honda was his example) that states they will manufacture said companies accessories before making their own. Now he said that this was only if the got REALLY behind on their line (He used honda sissy bars for his example). Thus if they get behind with honda, they stop or slow their production untill they catch up. That was his reason for our outlandish backorder dates.

All Right Here is what I found Out. Tucker Rockey and Drag Specialties got 100 pipes Each. Those got shipped out to Phat, Pacific, Dennis places like that.. The next order to get released is on June 30th so the public will see them around mid July. Some PowrPro tuners were release June 16th. This info is all from COBRA: 1-714-692-8180 Give them a call . More they hear maybe the faster they'll work on our Stuff. I did get my Air Kit yesterday Doesn't do me any good, But its here
