So after being asked 1034232 times how I did the halo i am making a how to. lol

First thing is to remove the front section of the headlight, with the 2 screws on the sides of the headlight.

Unplug the headlight bulb

Take off the chrome surrounding piece from the lens

Put the headlight in the oven for 12 minutes at 215 degrees. (this will loosen the factory glue)

Very VERY carefully use a screw driver to pry the glass lens from the bucket, you may also use a razor blade. once it starts it will be easy to pull of all the way.

Now that the headlight is open you will need to get the Halo ready.

The halo size is 6in. You will need to cut out about 6 leds from the direction going behind the wire. so not to remove the first halo, as to not cut the power to the rest of the LEDS once they have been cut off you can then pinch the halo which will make the diameter smaller.

Put the pinched halo into the lens. this will hold it in place and make a full circle.

Run the halo wire either through the area where the lens and bucket or drill a hole and run the wire out.

Now put the Headlight back in the oven for about 8 min.

Take it out and clamp it shut. applying alot of pressure to make a good seal.

Once that drys, you will want to put clear silicone around the edge to ensure a good seal.

Install the headlight back on the bike, running the wire thru the back of the headlight and wire it to a switch or remote.

You can get the halo from Advanced Automotive Concepts (AAC) you can see all the other products at aacstyle.com. But to get the halo you have to call Jonathan at AAC at 1800 407 5776 and tell him you want the halo that schimbo has on his bike. They have every color. Even UV purple.

i have mine run to a control unit for my remote. it can strobe, go in and out, brighter, and off. I got it from AAC as well. They have a whole bike kit, it comes with the remote and all the leds, they are all plug and play into the control unit. All you have to do it connect the red wire to the power and black wire to the ground on thebattery.
