I recently bought new pegs for my 2011 stryker and dont want to mess up anything on the original pegs in case I do not like the ones I bought. I am a newbie to everything DIY when comes to motorcycles so a good solid explanation would be appreciated. It may seem like a stupid question but I rather do it right then mess it up.

Pull the cotter pin out the pin that holds foot rest on the bracket.... slide pin out.... throw foot rest away. To install.... get proper adapter for your new foot rest.... follow instructions that come with the adapters. It is REAL simple.... takes about 10 minutes for both sides....
