How would you glue a belt buckle to a fender

Hi guys,

I have a very good looking metal belt buckle that I would like to glue to one of my fender (after trimming out the fitting behind it).

Any idea of what I could use to get the job done? I would prefer using something that could be washed away if I decide to remove the buckle later on.
